(RE)Branding Photography

Let’s start by asking you some very important questions...

”What will people think about you and brand after they see the images on your website, social media, or emails?” “Will they be more likely to trust you? Believe in your brand promise? Choose you over a similar competitor?”

At Burkhart Creative Agency we believe in photography that speak to the BRAND STORY.

What is your BRAND STORY?

Your BRAND STORY is a focused collection of stories that you have chosen to create, that intentionally communicates what you want people to know about your brand so that the right people become your customers for life.

So how does that apply to (RE)Branding Photography?

Your content helps shape people’s perception and opinion of your brand. Those perceptions and opinions will determine whether or not they consider doing business with you. Without intentional involvement your leaving future revenue to chance and I don’t like chance running my business or yours.

How your dressed, how your posed, what your doing in your photographs, what locations your in, the quality of the pictures, they all contribute to the BRAND STORY and either reinforce or confuse people into knowing what your brand is all about.

“If you confuse, you lose”. -Donald Miller

We make sure you don’t confuse anyone.

We have years of experience with a vision and processes that helps us collaborate with you in carefully crafting photos that create a strong, compelling, and authentic BRAND STORY that creates results.

(RE)Branding // “Why” Video

You’ll notice we have a bit of a bonus on the Silver package with the business “Why” video. This dynamic video is the entire BRAND STORY explained by the one who is most passionate about the brand, often the Founder.

So many brand’s “why” pages on their websites are full of corporate jargon and lack the emotion needed for human connection. That connection is needed for people to care about what it is you do!

“People don’t buy what you do, they buy WHY you do.” -Simon Sinek

The “Why” video grabs people attention and gets them invested emotionally and financially in what your doing in a unique way that compliments your overall marketing strategy and reinforces your BRAND STORY.

Our Process

First, we have a discovery call to find out your goals and confirm that the (RE)Branding Photography package is going to be the best fit to reach them.

Second, we identify what STORY you want to tell in regards to your business, your customers, and your impact. (We have a case study HERE in what that process looks like)

Third, we produce a creative brief that outlines what, when, where we are shooting along with how that fits your BRAND STORY and goals.

Fourth, we execute!

Fifth, the session is curated to ~60 of the best images that are sent to you for revisions. The approved finals are delivered via digital delivery, typically Google Drive.

BRAND STORY // Full Session Case Study

Matt Gottesman was looking for photography that he could use for social media and other distribution channels.
We had a couple of phone calls back and forth and landed on some key themes for photography that fit his Brand.

  • Creative approach to the shots.

  • A lot of black and white edits

  • Showing him actually creating the work he does for clients in real time. System/automation/etc.

  • Shoot location that were iconic of where he lives and works, Arizona.

  • Settings that were a reflection of his passion for peaceful, grounded environments.

In looking through the needs we decided on 2 location, The Department, a coworking office in downtown Phoenix, which had an assortment of conference rooms, interesting lighting, and plants. The plants specifically Matt felt reflected the more “zen” like environment he appreciates. We were able to capture Matt sketching some of this systems on the whiteboard as well as craft some shots in the lobby which had hanging plants along the wall.

In addition to the indoor spaces we took a step outside to not only catch the skyline of our beautiful city of Phoenix but additionally leverage some mural art to showcase Matt’s creative side. We delivered more black and white photography than we typically do for our clients but Steven Burkhart, our founder and lead photographer, prefers black and white photography anyways so it was a great fit.

You look like a rockstar Matt!
